About the Role

This is a hands-on marketing role supporting the Marketing Director and broader team with integrated demand generation across the Xplor Field Services portfolio. The role coordinates campaigns across multiple channels while working with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to support product launches, customer communications, pipeline generation, and revenue goals.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, web, content, webinars, events, partners, and customer marketing.
  • Manage campaign calendars, briefs, timelines, dependencies, approvals, deliverables, tracking, and performance reviews.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing on product launches, enhancements, go-to-market plans, and customer communications.
  • Develop and distribute campaign content including emails, landing pages, social posts, blogs, customer stories, webinars, and sales materials.
  • Build and quality-check campaign assets and workflows within the marketing technology stack.
  • Coordinate audience segmentation, list management, lead routing, campaign tracking, and reporting with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations.
  • Maintain dashboards covering campaign engagement, funnel progression, pipeline contribution, and channel performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Support, agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders on campaign execution and launch readiness.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing, digital advertising, social media, web content, and campaign analytics.
  • Comfortable using CRM, marketing automation, project management, analytics, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing quality, speed, research, analysis, or productivity.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; Xplor does not provide visa sponsorship.
