Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Apartment Locator - Real Estate Agent. The role involves helping clients find apartments and homes that best meet their needs. Day-to-day tasks include connecting with clients, identifying suitable properties, scheduling and coordinating tours, and guiding clients through the leasing process. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the local rental market is a plus
• Prior experience in apartment locating is a bonus
