Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Outbound Sales Development Representative. The Outbound Sales Development Representative will be primarily responsible for identifying potential customers based on provided analytics and intent signals, and conducting initial outreach. Day-to-day tasks include researching and qualifying leads, performing cold calls, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The role also involves maintaining CRM data, tracking lead progress, and collaborating with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.

  • Positive Attitude: Brings energy and enthusiasm to every call — even after hearing “no” repeatedly.
  • Team Player: Works well with Account Executives and Marketing to align outreach efforts.
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Business Development experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Experience with AI-driven sales software is a plus
