About the Opportunity
The People Operations & Automation Specialist role is focused on enhancing the employee experience by streamlining hiring, onboarding, and ongoing HR processes. This position drives operational efficiency through process improvements and the development of automations within HR systems, supporting scalable and accurate human resources functions.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize operational workflows throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
• Design, build, and maintain automations, integrations, and workflows across HR tools
• Implement and oversee AI systems used by the People Team, ensuring governance and continuous improvement
• Serve as subject matter expert for People Team tools, handling configuration and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and self-service resources
• Monitor data quality and operational controls to maintain employee data integrity
• Collaborate across departments to streamline cross-functional processes and reduce friction
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, People systems, business operations, or process improvement
• At least 1 year of experience with AI platforms such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
• Proven ability to design and implement automations and workflow enhancements
• Proficient in administering and optimizing HR technology tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on scalable solutions
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and compliance
• Willingness to explore and integrate AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency
Pay Range and Compensation Package
• Salary range: $79,700 – $106,250
• Eligibility for discretionary bonus
• Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws
