As a lead data analyst in People Analytics, you’ll partner with leaders across the Talent Acquisition Group to deliver data-driven insights while managing an evolving portfolio of operational and analytical reporting solutions. In this role, you’ll evaluate emerging technologies, especially AI, to advance proactive, predictive analytics and develop innovative solutions that help leaders make informed decisions. You’ll also support the Workday system migration and a new Snowflake data model, offering an unparalleled opportunity to learn new data structures and dig deep into people data.

Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL or T-SQL, Python, and exposure to Snowflake.
- Experience using data visualization tools, especially Power BI and Tableau.
- Proven ability to partner directly with customers to build reporting solutions that prioritize performance, ease of use, and analytical insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain data insights and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player who collaborates effectively across all levels of the organization with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- $98,400 - $131,200 /year
