Senior Data Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to help drive business decisions through data-driven insights. This role will partner closely with Product, Operations, Client Success, and Leadership teams to understand business performance, identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations.
We are looking for someone who can go beyond reporting and answer:
What happened? Why did it happen? What should we do next?
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product, program, customer, and business performance data
- Develop and maintain KPIs, business metrics, and measurement frameworks
- Perform cohort analysis, segmentation analysis, trend analysis, and root-cause investigations
- Partner with Product Managers and business leaders to define success metrics and business questions
- Identify drivers of customer engagement, retention, utilization, and business performance
- Deliver actionable recommendations supported by data
- Build recurring reporting and executive-ready dashboards
- Present insights and recommendations to business and executive stakeholders
- Validate data quality and ensure reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to support reporting and analysis needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Customer Analytics, or Data Analytics
- Advanced SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or modern cloud data platforms
- Experience building KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Strong experience performing:
- Cohort Analysis
- Segmentation Analysis
- Trend Analysis
- Root Cause Analysis
- Experience supporting product, customer, member, or business performance analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating analytical findings into business actions and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Analytics experience
- Customer or Member Analytics experience
- Healthcare, insurance, fintech, or regulated industry experience
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Python experience
- Executive-facing reporting and presentation experience
