Role Description The Evice President Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for leading PharmEx’s marketing strategy and execution across all channels. This position oversees the development of marketing plans that support business growth, product positioning, and brand awareness in the pharmaceutical wholesale sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing market research initiatives, analyzing trends and competitive activity, and translating insights into effective go-to-market strategies. The role manages marketing campaigns, digital presence, and public relations activities, collaborating closely with sales, operations, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with company goals. The Evice President Marketing also leads and mentors the marketing team, monitors performance metrics, and optimizes marketing investments for measurable impact.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and lead strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong Market Research experience and analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
- Solid background in Marketing across traditional and digital channels to enhance brand visibility and demand generation.
- Experience in Public Relations, including media relations and reputation management, to represent the organization externally.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related regulated industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
