Dynamics Business Central Developer - Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join our Microsoft Partner client. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing Business Central solutions tailored to business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to enhance system performance, develop custom extensions, and ensure seamless integrations with third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications and extensions.
• Design and implement AL-based solutions, including modifications, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
• Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support to end users.
• Participate in full lifecycle development, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft updates, extensions, and Business Central roadmap to implement the latest features.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV solutions.
• Strong expertise in AL language, C/AL, C/SIDE, and Business Central extensions.
• Experience integrating Business Central with Power Platform, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Azure, SQL, and DevOps for deployment and system maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug Business Central performance issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Certification

Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps

Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules within Business Central
