Role: Senior Data Engineer with RedPoint Interactions and data management Location: Dublin, OH - Remote Job Description: Design and develop scalable, high-performance data workflows and integration solutions using RPDM Define data transformation, matching, and cleansing strategies aligned to business and data quality requirements Collaborate with data architects to evolve platform capabilities and ensure consistency with enterprise standards Work with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable RPDM solutions Build, test, and optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and quality Collaborate in the design of data warehouse structures and support downstream analytics and reporting teams Document solution designs, worldlow logic, and operational runbooks Participate in peer reviews and support continuous improvement of development practicesimare compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements Provide technical mentorship and solution guidance to development teams using RPOM Essential Skills: We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in RedPoint Data Management (IPDM) to design and develop enterprise data integration solutions. This role is key to designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise data solutions in collaboration with team members. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on RPDM experience, strong expertise in data cleansing and matching, and a solid background in data warehousing. This is a senior-level role suited for someone comfortable operating with minimal oversight, can translate requirements into technical design, and delivers robust, scalable RPOM solutions within complex data ecosystems. Desirable Skills: Strong ETL Tech design and development expertise Working knowledge of Dell boomi. Developing enterprise class integrations between on premises and cloud applications (on-prem to on-prem, on prem to cloud, and cloud-to-cloud) Experience building integrations using Dell Boomi as the iPaas solution. Strong knowledge of EAI/SOA best practices, development methodologies & standards Strong knowledge of Allt based integration and micro services design patterns & best practices Solid Programming skills using 12EE, Design Patterns, IMS, SOAP/REST Web Services Experience with Dell Boomi administration, configuration and tuning. Demonstrated experience implementing Dell Boomi architecture, rules, caching, etc. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with all level of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
