OVERVIEW
At Orion, we are seeking a Clinical Imaging Specialist/Consultant with experience and expertise in Cardiology PACS. This remote opportunity involves working in a ticket queue, providing customer service, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including doctors and vendors.
OPPORTUNITY
12-month contract-to-hire; Fully Remote (U.S. – Central Time Zone)
SALARY (W2)
$110,000 – $120,000 W2 plus benefits
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expertise in the evaluation, engineering/design, and implementation services for new products, technologies, and solutions in imaging systems.
- Effectively communicate with vendors for technical support and escalate issues as needed.
- Troubleshoot application problems independently.
- Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.
- Write clear and concise documentation according to standards.
- Share knowledge effectively within the work team.
- Prioritize responsibilities and manage stress in high-pressure situations, such as when critical systems are down.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently but with access to an escalation team for complex issues.
KEY EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience with Radiology, and Cardiology Workflow
- Experience with Merge Cardio, Epiphany CardioServer, Change CPACS, and Merge Hemo
- Experience with ServiceNow
- 5+ years of experience with implementation of imaging systems
- Experience with various imaging applications and reporting systems for a broad range of platforms and products in the Clinical Imaging Space, including testing, documentation, and support processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
