Information Technology Recruiter

While the role is fully remote, candidates must be local to the DFW area and available for networking events, in-office trainings, and client visits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
• Support openings across IT and Professional Services (Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Operations, MBO)
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels
• Conduct video interviews and candidate evaluations
• Submit qualified candidates and manage active pipelines
• Maintain accurate activity, candidate data, and documentation in Loxo (ATS)
• Partner closely with Business Development to deliver high-quality results for clients

Performance Expectations / KPIs:

• Candidate video screens
• Submit 12–15 qualified candidates per week
• Consistent pipeline activity and communication

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in agency recruiting
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in contract and direct hire models
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work remotely while staying highly responsive
• Must be local to the DFW area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting in IT or Professional Services
• Familiarity with Loxo or similar ATS platforms
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and clients
