Recruiter

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a temporary assignment supporting a fast-paced Beauty brand. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who can step in immediately, work independently, and manage a high volume of openings without requiring extensive direction or hand-holding.

The ideal candidate will come from an agency recruiting background, with prior experience supporting beauty clients strongly preferred. Candidates with broader agency experience handling multiple clients and a large volume of roles will also be considered. Experience using Greenhouse is highly desirable.

This is a fully remote freelance opportunity, with preference for someone who can work west coast business hours.

Employment Type: Freelance

Pay rate: $45-48/hr.

Location: Remote

Hours/location: PST is preferred

Duration: 3-4 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a high volume of open roles
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to move searches forward efficiently
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates in a timely manner
• Maintain strong organization and candidate flow across multiple requisitions
• Utilize Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to track pipeline activity and hiring progress
• Operate with minimal oversight and quickly integrate into the existing recruitment process

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within an agency environment
• Beauty industry recruiting experience preferred
• Track record of supporting multiple clients or high-volume hiring initiatives
• Experience with Greenhouse preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a temporary assignment
• Availability to work west coast hours
