About The Role

CrewBloom is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage recruitment activities across multiple roles, industries, and job functions. In this role, you will guide candidates through the hiring process, from sourcing and initial screening to interviews, assessments, and coordination with hiring managers. You will build organized candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, and help ensure that hiring needs are addressed promptly.

The ideal candidate is an adaptable and organized recruiter who can quickly understand new role requirements, manage competing priorities, and deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Applicants should have previous experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar position. Experience hiring across multiple industries and job functions, as well as managing several open positions at once, is important. Candidates should demonstrate strong sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills, along with the ability to understand varied job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, and other hiring tools is expected. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are essential. The successful candidate can prioritize urgent roles, maintain consistent documentation, adapt sourcing and screening strategies when challenges arise, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This remote position requires a primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps that can support work during a power outage. You must have a desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, and at least 8 GB of RAM. A functional backup device with performance equivalent to or better than an Intel Core i3 is also required and must be usable during power interruptions. You will need a webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone for communication and verification, and a quiet, dedicated home office space.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment activities for multiple positions and prioritize hiring needs according to urgency. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other appropriate channels. Review applications and resumes against role requirements, conduct initial interviews and assessments, and evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, communication, availability, and overall fit.

Build and maintain pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies. Coordinate candidate endorsements, interviews, and next steps with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Keep candidate statuses, interview notes, and recruitment activity accurate and current in the ATS or recruitment tracker. Follow up with candidates throughout the process, provide timely updates, and maintain a professional, positive candidate experience.
