Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR People & Transformation Consulting Manager to lead HR transformation initiatives, advise senior HR leaders, and deliver strategic people and organizational change solutions across industries. The ideal candidate will combine HR consulting expertise, HCM technology knowledge, client relationship management, and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR transformation engagements, including HR operating models, shared services, and HR service delivery optimization.
- Drive HR process redesign, organization design, job architecture, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Advise clients on HCM technology strategy and implementations, including SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM.
- Develop HR transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value-realization frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Generative AI to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, deliverables, and client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and senior consulting team members.
- Support business development through proposals, client presentations, solution development, and thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in HR consulting or HR transformation.
- Strong experience in HR operating models, process transformation, and organizational design.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or comparable HCM platforms.
- Proven client management, project leadership, and team development skills.
- Understanding of AI/GenAI applications in HR and workforce transformation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or relevant HCM platform certification.
- Experience in consulting business development and proposal management.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
