Program Manager (Contract) Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft. Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team, responsible for managing and customizing a Dynamics-based system that supports training delivery for a global audience. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance, audience segmentation, and workflow automation within the sales skilling group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with an understanding of privacy and compliance considerations, enabling them to effectively translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and customize the Dynamics 365 system to ensure regulatory compliance and effective training delivery.
• Collaborate with the learning product team to define requirements and create feature requests for system enhancements.
• Manage process automation and handle data management tasks while ensuring adherence to global regulations.
• Interface directly with cross-functional teams to facilitate strategic problem-solving and planning.
• Conduct independent research and analysis to address complex challenges related to training operations.

Requirements

• Certification in Dynamics 365 is considered a strong advantage.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in program management or similar roles.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement or Marketing) with a minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI) for process automation and solution management.
• Expertise in data management, including ETL processes, data validation, and understanding of regulatory compliance on a global scale.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile/scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Duration: 3 Months
• Pay Range: $63 - $71.50 per hour
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
