What you will do :
Own design end to end, from early concepts to shipped product
Build our design system and visual language from scratch
Work directly with founders to shape product direction
Design experiences that help people find work they actually want
Establish the bar for quality as we grow
What You Bring :
A strong portfolio showing product thinking, not just visual polish
Proficiency in Figma
Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
You can work in ambiguous situations and move forward
Have worked remotely in the past
Any level of experience (New Grads Ok)
