Operating context: Amy Moore's personalized full-service travel planning for leisure, group, corporate, cruise, honeymoon, all-inclusive, and theme-park trips. This position works across traveler requests, itinerary details, supplier confirmations, booking records, and follow-up tasks. Its company-specific focus is taking worry out of the getaway, with a strong expectation that unconfirmed details remain clearly labeled until verified.

A Typical Workflow

Identify recurring questions or broken handoffs and share useful examples with quality, operations, or knowledge owners. Respond to assigned customer questions through approved channels using clear, respectful, brand-aligned language.

• Review account, order, booking, service, or case history before responding and avoid asking customers to repeat known information.
• Resolve routine requests within documented authority and escalate complex, sensitive, or policy-dependent issues with complete context.
• Record the reason for contact, actions taken, commitments made, and next follow-up in the appropriate system.
