Services Contract Administrator (Contract)
Location: Remote (United States)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 months (September 14, 2026 – March 14, 2027)
Compensation: $57–$82/hour
Overview
Legal.io is seeking an experienced Services Contract Administrator to support the Revenue Operations team of a leading cybersecurity and enterprise software company.
This role is ideal for a contracts professional with experience supporting enterprise sales organizations, contract administration, and customer-facing operations. You will serve as the central point of coordination for services contract requests, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Legal, Finance, and external customers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant contract execution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing a high volume of contract requests while driving process improvements across a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume queue of service scope requests, ensuring timely response and adherence to internal service level agreements (SLAs)
- Review, prioritize, and coordinate incoming contract requests, escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary
- Prepare, update, and maintain service scoping documents and related contract documentation
- Review contracts and service agreements for compliance with approved company standards and identify non-standard terms requiring additional review
- Track contract revisions, approvals, document versions, and negotiation history throughout the contract lifecycle
- Identify contractual risks and recommend practical solutions that balance legal and business objectives
- Support negotiations of standard and non-standard service contract terms with customers and internal stakeholders
- Partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, and Partner teams throughout the contracting process
- Generate reports on contract volume, turnaround times, and non-standard requests for management
- Develop and maintain contract templates, standard language, playbooks, and operational documentation
- Support process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and implementation of new systems and tools
- Deliver training and guidance to Sales and Go-to-Market teams on contract processes and service request procedures
- Support additional operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, revenue operations, or commercial operations
- Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, legal terminology, and contract administration best practices
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting Professional Services or Customer Success organizations
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
- Experience developing contract templates, playbooks, or operational documentation
- Experience improving business processes, workflows, and operational systems
- Experience within a high-growth SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology company
