For our client, we are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on translating vendor and source system specifications into clear, actionable data mapping and validation documentation. The position will partner closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure data is accurately integrated and trusted across the enterprise analytics environment. In addition, this role will support data quality, stewardship, and testing activities that help drive reliable insights and better business decisions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,516 – $157,268 annually

Responsibilities

  • Convert vendor-provided specifications into detailed data mapping documentation
  • Act as a liaison among stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
  • Ensure proper integration and validation of data within the enterprise analytics ecosystem
  • Support data quality and stewardship to maintain accuracy
  • Provide data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners
  • Facilitate QA, UAT, and post-deployment validation activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, informatics, business, public health, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data mapping, or related environments
  • Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data validation tools
  • Experience developing source-to-target mapping documentation and technical specifications
  • Ability to interpret source system documentation and data dictionaries
  • Experience in healthcare, payer, claims, or other regulated data domains
