About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Data Platform Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead marketing strategy for a data platform business unit, with a strong focus on driving pipeline growth and supporting expansion goals. You will translate revenue objectives into integrated quarterly plans, shape messaging for technical data audiences, and partner closely with sales, Growth, Content, and Creative teams to execute high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate brings both strategic rigor and hands-on execution, with the ability to connect product value to the needs of enterprise data teams and cloud data platform operators.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for the data platform business unit
  • Translate revenue targets and expansion goals into a unified quarterly marketing strategy
  • Define ICP segmentation across enterprise data teams and cloud data platform operators
  • Shape economic narratives around data platform waste reduction and performance optimization
  • Lead and direct execution of integrated campaigns across Growth, Content, and Creative
  • Own the strategy and execution of demand generation programs in the data ecosystem
  • Develop quarterly thought leadership themes around data efficiency

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or product marketing
  • Experience marketing to data engineering, data platform, or FinOps audiences
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, data lakes, or cloud data workloads
  • Strong strategic planning capability combined with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth in a technical B2B environment
  • Experience partnering closely with sales leadership
