Job Description As the first Implementation Lead, you will bridge the gap between complex government workflows and Infilla's agentic platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the end-to-end customer journey from kickoff to long-term adoption, designing the repeatable playbooks and configuration standards that will scale the company’s impact across thousands of municipalities. What You Will Do

• Navigate complex government stakeholder landscapes to define project scope, sequence, and technical requirements for diverse municipal departments and ordinances.
• Hands-on configuration of the Infilla product, tailoring permit types, review workflows, fee logic, and reporting structures to the specific realities of each jurisdiction.
• Act as a trusted advisor and champion for government staff, managing risk and anticipating blockers to ensure successful, high-adoption go-lives and measurable permitting outcomes.

The ideal candidate

• Has 3+ years of experience in high-stakes roles such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or technical program management at a startup or consultancy.
• Demonstrates the technical fluency needed to manage complex software configurations and the emotional intelligence required to lead diverse stakeholders through organizational change.
• Possesses a relentless drive for results and comfort with ambiguity, ideally with a background in govtech, software engineering, or urban planning and systems integration.
