Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Project Manager - AI & Data Projects to work on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting cutting-edge generative AI projects within a leading AI lab’s research team. The position acts as the operational bridge between program leadership and domain experts, ensuring workflows and research operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for AI data projects, maintaining smooth workflows and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with program leads and domain experts to translate leadership inputs into clear guidelines and distribute them to expert teams.

• Assist with onboarding and supporting new experts as the AI research program expands.

• Participate in weekly business reviews, organize notes and action items, and lead calls as required.

• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and share findings across teams to improve project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project coordination or management experience in a STEM-related field strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in tracking project deliverables using tools such as Google Sheets and Excel.

• Ability to create and refine project guidelines in collaboration with research and product partners.

• Strong organizational skills to manage notes, action items, and cross-functional communications.

• Experience supporting technical teams in a fast-evolving environment, with adaptability to changing project needs.
