Holland & Hart is seeking a paralegal to work with members of our tax team in Chicago. This is a remote position based in the Chicago, IL area. Minimum Requirements This position is a dual role comprised of approximately 80% paralegal/billable work and 20% administrative work. Ideal candidates will have at least six years of experience in fiduciary litigation. We are seeking candidates who can help with depositions, trial prep, client signings, and general administrative matters. Compensation As required by the Illinois Pay Transparency Acts, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for paralegals positions that may be based in Illinois. The compensation range for paralegals in Illinois is $64.10-$87.18 per hour based on a 37.5-hour work week. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
