Regional Director of Operations

GRN Lincoln Square is conducting a search for a Regional Director of Operations for a fast-growing regional provider of ABA Therapy/Autism Treatment Services. Their mission is to provide ABA Therapy services to early intervention client populations (ages 3-18) via Clinic/Centers and In-Home settings.

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) provides operational and people leadership to their Clinical Directors and supports their region’s BCBAs and RBTs. RDOs are responsible for driving successful clinical and operational outcomes. They will build relationships with team members and clients/families to provide effective guidance and motivation to achieve treatment goals. This position reports to the COO, is remote/home-based, and requires travel to the Centers/Clinics (8-12) in the region (Greater Philadelphia area). The region requires travel to clinics 1-2 days/week, no overnight travel. Relocation assistance for qualified candidates will be considered.Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day regional operations by managing team member utilization to ensure clinical capacity and positive client outcomes are met.
2. Manage administrative operations and local team members (Clinical Directors & Operations Managers).
3. Establish positive team culture to retain team members.
4. Monitor productivity and hold the teams professionally accountable to goals.
5. Report out the weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of their region.
6. Monitor each clinic’s financial metrics and analyze results, while adjusting if necessary, to ensure all budget goals are achieved.
7. Strategize with support center team members to facilitate clinic and market growth.
8. Participate in the yearly budgeting process and monthly P&L reviews with executive leadership.
9. Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
10. Travel to each clinic in the region regularly to provide in-person support.
11. Promote positive and appropriate interactions with clients and their families.
12. Ensure highest quality client care to meet company standards.

Requirements

• ABA industry experience required.
• Current BCBA license is highly preferred.
• Multi-Site Healthcare Operations leadership required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Financial experience in annual budgeting
• Understanding and use of Operational Analytics/KPIs to analyze and drive performance.
• History of building relationships and coaching teams.
• Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% of time to Clinics/Centers (local)
