EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist (AI Training)About The Role We partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models — and we need your clinical systems expertise to help us get it right. We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated content related to electronic medical record systems, healthcare workflows, and clinical operations. Your hands-on experience with platforms like Epic and Cerner makes you uniquely qualified to ensure AI gets healthcare right.

What You'll Do
- Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to review and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
- Assess AI outputs related to clinical workflows, system configuration, and healthcare operations
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated guidance on Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI understands and communicates healthcare IT concepts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
- Ability to critically evaluate technical content against real-world healthcare operations
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- Epic or Cerner certification
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or digital health transformation
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation workflows
