EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist (AI Training)About The Role We partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models — and we need your clinical systems expertise to help us get it right. We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated content related to electronic medical record systems, healthcare workflows, and clinical operations. What You'll Do

  • Assess AI outputs related to clinical workflows, system configuration, and healthcare operations
  • Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated guidance on Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI understands and communicates healthcare IT concepts
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows

  • Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule
  • Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
  • Contribute meaningfully to how AI understands and communicates in healthcare
