The Position We are looking for a Head of Presales, someone who can bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and executive business value. You will be in charge of transforming high-level client needs into scalable, AI-driven technical roadmaps. Your mission is to ensure that every engagement we sign is rooted in technical excellence, commercial viability, and long-term delivery success. What You'll Do
- Establish reporting on active and historical opportunities to track win rates and pipeline health. Build a library of reusable technical assets and modular proposal materials to accelerate the sales cycle.
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex technical solutions for enterprise accounts, ensuring proposals are scalable, repeatable, and high-margin.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and CIOs, translating business objectives into product engineering and AI-driven roadmaps.
- Standardize the proposal process, from initial discovery to SOW execution, ensuring a seamless transition from "Sold" to "Delivery."
- Infuse GenAI, MLOps, and automation into our pursuit strategy, showcasing how our "Builder’s Culture" drives engineering productivity.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of Solutions Architects, fostering a culture of technical curiosity and commercial acumen.
What You Bring
- 12+ Years of Tech Services Experience: A deep expertise in global talent platforms, technical consulting, or digital transformation (experience at a high-scale firm is a major plus).
- Proven Client Success Leadership: Experience leading Client Success or Account Management at the Director level or above, with a focus on retention and portfolio growth.
- Hybrid Technical/Commercial Acumen: You can speak "Engineering" with a Lead Developer and "PnL" with a CFO. You understand the nuances of network infrastructure, cloud (AWS/GCP), and the modern SDLC.
- Consultative Sales Mastery: A track record of turning ambiguous client problems into structured, multi-year engagement models.
- Builder Mentality: Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments (e.g., Fintech/Wealthtech or global staffing), with the ability to create processes where none exist.
