Inside Sales Representative - 2641

Rhythmlink International designs and manufactures single-use neurodiagnostic devices, including subdermal needles, stimulating probes, and electrodes, that connect IONM, EEG, and EMG patients to their monitoring systems. The Inside Sales Representative will own a named book of IONM service-provider partners, growing existing accounts and opening new ones from a virtual seat. This is a consultative, relationship-management role built for a clinician, not a phone-queue job. It is the first hire on a new service-provider team, with room to shape the channel and a path toward field sales or management.

• First seat on a dedicated service-provider team, so you define how the channel runs instead of inheriting a playbook.
• A revenue-owning seat where IONM case experience is the core qualification, not a side asset.
• A clear growth path into field/outside sales or management as the channel and team scale.
• A tenured, stable culture: 14 straight years as a South Carolina Best Place to Work, with a CEO from St. Jude Medical and LivaNova leading the next growth phase.
• A portfolio built by neurodiagnostic technicians, including Guardian, the first protected subdermal needles for IONM.
• Current or former IONM clinician (technologist, surgical neurophysiologist, or equivalent case experience); CNIM preferred.
• Knows how service providers staff, cover, and bill cases, and can carry that into a commercial conversation.
• Consultative and patient enough to work a small, closed set of named accounts, some of which move slowly.
• Self-directed enough to be first in the seat and run a remote book without close supervision.
• Deep sales experience not required; some account management or B2B exposure is enough.
