Customer Service Representative - Commercial Trucking Insurance

Job Description:

We're a rapidly growing commercial trucking insurance agency looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a remote role; candidates based in Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred.

What you'll do:

• Service a book of commercial trucking / commercial auto accounts
• Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) accurately and promptly
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date client records in our AMS
• Communicate proactively with clients, carriers, and teammates to resolve issues quickly
• Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes

What we're looking for:

• Experience with AMS360, QQCatalyst, or Applied EPIC strongly preferred
• A sharp eye for detail - in this industry, small errors on a COI or policy can create real problems for our clients
• A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems, not just processing paperwork
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial trucking or commercial auto insurance experience a plus
