We are hiring for Lifecycle & Retention Designer position, you will create captivating email and SMS campaigns, flows, and popups that are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for CTR and conversions. You'll be responsible for staying on brand with each client using the correct fonts, colors, and visuals provided in their branding guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● 2-3+ years of graphic design experience with proficiency in Figma (required) and knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva. HTML/CSS knowledge is a strong plus.

● Copywriting experience is required. You must be comfortable writing on-brand copy for email and SMS, including subject lines, body copy, CTAs, and SMS messages across multiple brand voices.

● Holistic understanding of Email and SMS marketing, ecommerce, and retention marketing fundamentals.

● Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, and the importance of brand consistency across multiple clients.

● Klaviyo experience preferred. Postscript or Attentive experience is a plus. Training will be provided on platforms as needed.

● Ability to interpret and execute from a creative brief while bringing your own ideas, inspiration, and creative iterations to the table proactively.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills for daily collaboration with Account Managers and team members.

● Ability to manage multiple client workloads simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

● A portfolio that demonstrates range across multiple brand aesthetics, email design, and copy samples is required.
