Program Manager Non Tech 2

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and communications sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 2 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 2, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 2 Location: Remote Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr What's the Job?

• Lead non-IT program management to plan, direct, and coordinate activities that onboard Microsoft 365 engineering teams to new operational processes.
• Draft and refine change communications assets, including roadmap and release notes, to meet world-class standards.
• Partner with product managers, marketing managers, and engineering teams to drive operational adoption and remove blockers to compliance and quality.
• Lead change management communications and training initiatives, creating enablement guides, office hours, and quick-start materials.
• Track and report operational metrics, analyze insights, and implement actions to improve process health and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-4 years of relevant program, operations, or communications experience with a focus outside of IT.
• Experience supporting engineering team onboarding to new processes or platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Visio or similar tools.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including product ecosystem, admin, and change workflows.
