Role - HR Operations Contractor Location: Remote Duration: 5 MonthsDescription: The services You will provide the Client project team: As a HR Operations Contractor, you will streamline HR operational processes to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery. Oversee HR administrative tasks, including employee records management, HRIS data entry, and compliance with legal and company policies. Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes, administer employee benefits programs, and support payroll processing. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Provide support for employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive employee relations. Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics, coordinate training and development initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives Additional Details for Role: Provides dedicated support to manage the onboarding and engagement between business and potential key end clients.
