Paid Media Director - Travel & Hospitality Client Remote | 35 hrs/week | $55–$59/hr | 4-Month W2 Contract (with potential to extend or convert) | Benefits eligible (medical, dental, vision + PTO) Are you a bold, data-driven media strategist ready to make a measurable impact at one of the world's largest hotel companies? Our client is looking for a Director of Paid Media to lead full-funnel, omni-channel paid media strategies across its iconic North American brand portfolio — including their award-winning loyalty program. What You'll Do In this high-visibility role, you'll shape and execute cutting-edge paid media strategies from awareness through direct response, managing agency partners, overseeing a significant portion of the media budget, and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Digital, Analytics, CRM, and Finance. You'll also lead platform partnerships, drive innovation through first-party data and AI, and present strategies confidently to leadership and owner-facing stakeholders. What We're Looking For

  • 9–12 years of paid media strategy and execution experience with large budget management
  • Expertise across both Brand and Performance Marketing channels
  • Strong command of first-party data, AI-driven targeting, and omni-channel campaign optimization
  • Proven ability to lead agency relationships and build Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Confident communicator and dynamic presenter across all levels of an organization
  • Bachelor's degree required; certifications in Google, Meta, CTV, or digital marketing platforms a plus
  • Hospitality or franchise experience a bonus, but not required
