Account Executive - PCBA

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts. REMOTE, Must be located in California Base salary $70,000-$90,000/year base salary, plus 1-3% commission depending on sales history. uncapped commission and the first year on target earnings should be $140k-$200k+ This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, PCB, and business development. Knowledge of Flex Circuit PCB, Printed Circuit Board, and Rigid circuits is desirable. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Grow sales by acquiring new customer accounts
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers
• Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs
• Negotiate price, terms, and conditions of sales
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in sales, marketing, business administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of sales and/or account management experience
• Strong knowledge of PCBs and related technologies
• Previous experience with Flex Circuit PCB, Printed Circuit Board, and Rigid Circuits is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
