Accounting & Auditing Discover more Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence Demographics sales Role Summary We are seeking a Revenue Operations consultant to shape and run our GTM tools. This role involves working closely with the team to make and implement decisions regarding the tech stack, outbound sequences, and data flows. Management Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select the tech stack with focus on HubSpot integration compatibility
• Design tool integrations and advise on simplification or additions
• Build and refine outbound sequences
• Maintain clean and reliable enrichment and data flows
• Manage HubSpot day-to-day (workflows, reporting, data quality)
• Document processes for easy maintenance

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Revenue Operations experience (systems, workflows, tech stack evaluation)
• Strong HubSpot experience (admin level preferred)
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Nooks, Apollo, or Unify)
• Comfort with enrichment tools (Clay and Apollo)
• Good judgment and ability to recommend and execute solutions
• Self-directed with minimal oversight
• Currently using AI in their processes
