You will gain Financial Advisory skills through a proven on-boarding process and will quickly apply your skills to build business, generate clients, and deliver consultative financial advice. WHAT YOU WILL DO

. Financial Planning & Activities

· New client generation utilizing traditional and digital channels

· Meet with new clients to determine goals

· Utilize financial illustration software and analyze solutions

· Deliver a personalized financial plan

· Communicate with clients

· Develop your leadership skill

· Business expansion in all States

WHO YOU ARE - Candidate characteristics

· Bachelors Degree (any concentrations or degrees are OK)

· Three (3) years of professional work experience

· Legally able to work in the United States, US Citizen, or work permit with SSN

· Must pass background check & obtain professional licenses and Continuing Education (CE) certificates

· Passion for financial security and Care about helping people

· Self-driven and entrepreneurial

· Commitment to learning, professional and personal growth

· Strong communication skills

· Team player, leadership skills, and coachable

MORE INFORMATION

· Licenses Required: Life, Health Insurance License at a minimum. Don't have it already? We will fast-track you to obtain your license as fast as 21 days. Securities certifications like the Series 65 are also highly desirable and we can help you obtain them.

• This is a fully remote opportunity in United State and Canada. Puerto Rico as well.

· Compensation: Strictly commission, bonus pay, and residual income. Business minded individuals earn income of $55,000- $115,000 or significantly more for those with the right mind set.
