Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on the "hunt"?

We are seeking a high-energy, resilient Customer Engagement Specialist to serve as the engine of our sales pipeline. This is a purely outbound, cold-calling role designed for a "hunter" who excels at navigating gatekeepers, engaging decision-makers, and uncovering new business opportunities.

In this role, you will not be responsible for closing deals. Instead, you will focus on your core strength: initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and strategically handing off high-quality opportunities to our field consultants.

The Financial Opportunity

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum.
  • Total Compensation: Performance-based incentives provide the potential to earn between $100,000 and $120,000 annually.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to physicians, medspas, and aesthetic practices.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess interest, budget, and timing to ensure high-quality handoffs.
  • Relationship Re-engagement: Connect with existing system owners to identify expansion or upgrade opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records within Salesforce.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The "Hunter" Mindset: You are motivated by high activity and possess the resilience to handle rejection.
  • Relevant Background: Experience at disciplined sales organisations (such as ADP, Xerox, Cintas, or Paycom) is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
