We are seeking a high-energy, resilient Customer Engagement Specialist to serve as the engine of our sales pipeline. This is a purely outbound, cold-calling role designed for a "hunter" who excels at navigating gatekeepers, engaging decision-makers, and uncovering new business opportunities.
In this role, you will not be responsible for closing deals. Instead, you will focus on your core strength: initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and strategically handing off high-quality opportunities to our field consultants.

- Specific Experience Level: This role is tailored for professionals with between 2 and 3 years of disciplined B2B outbound sales experience.
- Pure Prospecting: You must be comfortable with a role that is 100% cold-calling and lead generation.
The Financial Opportunity
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum.
- Total Compensation: Performance-based incentives provide the potential to earn between $100,000 and $120,000 annually.

Your Primary Responsibilities
- High-Volume Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to physicians, medspas, and aesthetic practices.
- Lead Qualification: Assess interest, budget, and timing to ensure high-quality handoffs.
- Relationship Re-engagement: Connect with existing system owners to identify expansion or upgrade opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records within Salesforce.
What You Bring to the Table
- The "Hunter" Mindset: You are motivated by high activity and possess the resilience to handle rejection.
- Relevant Background: Experience at disciplined sales organisations (such as ADP, Xerox, Cintas, or Paycom) is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
