Remote Client Advisor

Role Description The Remote Client Advisor is a full-time role responsible for supporting clients through responsive, professional communication and service. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound client inquiries, providing clear information and guidance on services and insurance-related matters, and resolving issues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing client accounts, documenting interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate follow-up. The Remote Client Advisor will also identify opportunities to improve client experience, proactively address concerns, and contribute to process improvements. This position is fully remote and requires consistent, reliable online presence during designated working hours.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a professional, empathetic approach.
• Candidates should possess foundational Insurance knowledge or experience working with insurance products, policies, or claims processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client requests and priorities in a remote environment.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, online communication tools, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation platforms).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Prior experience in consulting, business support, or a client-facing role is preferred.
• Relevant education or training in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
