Team members are encouraged to collaborate, make thoughtful use of technology, and contribute ideas that help improve services and everyday work practices. The company aims to create an environment where people can take ownership of their responsibilities while supporting shared business goals.

About The Role

Jobrapido is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a full-time remote position. In this role, you will enter, update, organize, and maintain information across digital systems and databases. You will review source documents, check records for accuracy and completeness, and address routine discrepancies by following established procedures. You will also help maintain organized digital files and provide administrative support to colleagues as needed. Success in this position requires consistent attention to detail, dependable communication, and the ability to manage daily work independently while meeting agreed productivity and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Candidates should have strong typing skills and a demonstrated ability to enter information accurately. You should be comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, online databases, and common office software, and be able to learn new digital systems and procedures. Familiarity with administrative tasks such as updating records, organizing electronic files, and following documented processes is valuable. Clear written and verbal communication skills are important for collaborating with remote colleagues, responding to routine internal requests, and reporting errors or inconsistencies. A helpful, service-oriented approach and a commitment to dependable support are also expected.

The successful candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without close supervision. A high level of attention to detail is essential, as the role involves handling information that must be recorded and maintained carefully. Applicants should have a basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality practices and be willing to follow company guidelines for protecting information. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous data entry, administrative, or related experience is beneficial, though candidates who can demonstrate relevant skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Enter new information into designated systems accurately and within expected timelines. Review source documents and existing records to confirm that data is complete, consistent, and properly formatted. Update records when changes are received, organize digital files, and maintain clear documentation according to established standards. Identify missing information, duplicate entries, and minor discrepancies, and resolve routine issues when appropriate or escalate them to the relevant team member. Follow procedures for handling confidential information and use approved systems to store and share records.

You will communicate with colleagues through online tools, respond to basic information requests, and provide administrative assistance where needed. You will keep track of assigned tasks, manage priorities, and contribute to team productivity and quality targets. You will also follow evolving processes, share observations that may help improve data quality, and participate in training related to tools, standards, and workflow updates.

Benefits

This full-time remote opportunity offers the flexibility to perform your work from an eligible location while collaborating with a distributed team. You will gain practical experience with digital systems, data management, and administrative workflows in a technology-focused business. Jobrapido supports clear procedures, collaborative communication, and ongoing learning to help employees build confidence in their responsibilities. Specific compensation, equipment, and other employment benefits will be discussed during the hiring process and may vary based on location and applicable company policies.

Equal Opportunity

Jobrapido is committed to providing equal employment opportunities. Applicants will be considered without discrimination on the basis of characteristics protected by applicable law. The company welcomes candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences and is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional workplace. Reasonable accommodations may be available during the application process and employment, in accordance with applicable requirements.
