Qualifications

Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at GrabJobs, your responsibilities will include:
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets related to platform usage, recruitment trends, and user engagement to identify patterns and correlations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker and Tableau, providing real-time insights to executive leadership and operational teams.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Model ROI and other key performance indicators to demonstrate the value of platform features and initiatives, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive behavioral analyses to identify high-risk cohorts and provide actionable recommendations to optimize user engagement and reduce churn.
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous auditing and validation of telemetry data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting layers.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, including executive reviews, to communicate findings effectively and influence business strategies.
- Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure data pipelines are optimized for reporting and analysis needs.
