100% Remote Contract to Hire
The candidate must have a background leading efforts for building, consolidating and enhancing enterprise PBI solutions for a healthcare company with 50,000+ employees. Must also have a background with modern BI environments and AI, Snowflake, Databricks. Git, AI-assisted dev, AI Agents, cloud-based analytics platforms
This role is going to inherit ownership of a portfolio of Power BI dashboards that support our Member & Provider Services (MPS) organization. While these are some of the most used dashboards in the entire company, they are far from perfect. Many need consolidation and a new vision. I’m looking for seasoned capabilities, thought leadership, curiosity, and willingness to stay flexible during a season of transformation.
Must Haves:
- Enterprise-caliber Power BI solutions
- Executive dashboards, data visualization, and advanced DAX
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Complex SQL dev from scratch; Database views; query optimization
- Databricks
- Snowflake
