What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruiting within a structured, SOP-driven environment

Drive consistent pipeline through proactive sourcing and outreach

Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders

Meet and exceed defined recruiting metrics (submits, interviews, offers)

Deliver a polished, client-ready experience at every stage

What It Takes to Succeed Here:

3–5 years of recruiting experience (healthcare or behavioral health preferred)

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding recruiting metrics

Comfortable working in a highly structured, process-driven environment

Strong communication skills and professional presence

Ability to operate independently in a remote setting with high accountability

Grit, resilience, and a strong work ethic
