What you'll be doingShadow experienced sales professionals on customer visits, prospect meetings and industry events across the territorySupport account growth by building relationships, tracking opportunities and identifying new business prospectsDevelop expertise in consultative selling, pricing strategy and territory planningGradually take ownership of customer accounts as your capability and confidence grow What you'll bring1-5 years' experience in inside sales, sales support, customer-facing commercial roles or similarStrong communication skills and a genuine desire to build a career in external salesHigh levels of coachability, curiosity and willingness to learnAbility to travel throughout the territory and hold a valid driver's licence Who this suitsYou're currently working in an inside sales, sales development, customer service or commercial support role and want to move into a customer-facing field sales career.
