Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including:

  • $78,000 - $95,000 annual base salary plus up to 10% annual bonus
  • A remote working environment built on trust and autonomy to deliver results
  • A one-time $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace
  • Simple IRA with 3% employer match (eligible after 6 months)
  • Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance: Voyageur Group covers 80% of plan cost for you and 25% for dependents
  • Health Savings Account option, so you can set aside pre-tax dollars for medical expenses, with unused funds rolling over year to year rather than expiring
  • Company-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance
  • 4 weeks paid vacation with the option to request more, plus flexibility to use it when you need it
  • $1,000 annual Life Adventure Bonus, a Voyageur Group benefit that reimburses you for getting outside, traveling, and pursuing life's adventures (eligible after 1 year)

As the Sr. Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and managing client media campaigns, with a strong focus on Target Product Ads. Additionally, you will be managing comprehensive accounts for advertising-only clients across Amazon, Walmart, Ulta and other Retail Media PPC networks.

This role is essential to the success of Voyageur Group’s clients, as you will strategically manage their advertising campaigns in line with their goals and budgets. You will collaborate closely with Account Management and Merchandising teams to provide seamless, cross-functional support for full-service Target clients. Additionally, you will lead the relationship for advertising-only clients across these same retail media networks.

We are seeking candidates with experience in Criteo, specifically Target Product Ads, as well as Walmart and Amazon PPC platforms. The Media Manager should have the expertise to achieve brand goals across various Retail Media PPC platforms and effectively communicate insights and results to both internal teams and clients.

If diving deep into PPC to deliver exceptional results for a variety of brands across top E-commerce sites excites you, this role is for you!
