Ventura Travel is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to strengthen the day-to-day work required to help campaigns, content, communications, and marketing projects move forward with organized execution and follow-through. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.
This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Ventura Travel.
How You’ll Contribute
- Coordinating campaign, content, communication, or promotional tasks against an agreed calendar.
- Maintaining briefs, approvals, asset status, customer information, and performance notes.
- Supporting research, copy coordination, email, social, or other digital workflows relevant to assigned projects.
- Tracking deadlines and preparing clear updates so work does not stall between contributors.
- Strong written communication and organization.
- Comfort coordinating deadlines, content, and digital workflows.
- Attention to brand, audience, and campaign details.
- Ability to summarize status and performance information clearly.
Remote Work
The work assigned to this Social Media Coordinator position is designed to be completed remotely through approved digital systems, email, phone, shared documents, and other collaboration tools. Reliable follow-through, secure handling of information, and clear written status updates are important.
Employment Information
Full-time. 100% remote within the United States. Associate level. Base compensation: $45,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
