JOB TITLE: Field Marketing Specialist, Mexico + Startups LOCATION: Remote DURATION: 6 months PAY RANGE: $32 - $42/hr. TOP 3 SKILLS:
- Fluency in Spanish is essential for content localization, communication with LATAM stakeholders, and executing programs in Mexico.
- 1-3 years in field marketing or event management with proven ability to own the full lifecycle of events and marketing programs, including logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event analysis.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, track budgets and procurement, and ensure flawless execution of complex live and digital experiences.

The Mission: As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will not just support marketing programs—you will own the operational lifecycle of them. In this role, you will be the primary execution engine for rapidly growing Mexico and startup businesses. This role will partner closely with the LATAM and Startups Field Marketing Managers on strategy and fully own the execution and logistics that drive flawless live and digital experiences that generate pipeline and demand for the brand. Outcomes:
- End-to-End Program Ownership: Flawless delivery of marketing programs (webinars, workshops, executive dinners, 3rd party sponsorships, and large-scale events) that meet or exceed registration, attendance, and pipeline targets. You will fully manage the project lifecycle from kickoff to post-event wrap-up. This includes managing vendor relationships, sourcing venues, overseeing production logistics, and acting as the primary point of contact for execution.
- Content Localization: You will own completing reviews of content localized from English to Spanish, including assets such as eBooks, registration pages, email, and web copy.
- Sales Activation & Enablement: You will build and maintain sales enablement resources (landing pages, social copy, email templates, internal communications) for Field Marketing Managers to ensure the field is engaged and prepared.
- Operational Excellence: You will manage procurement, open POs, track spend against the forecast and reconcile costs for your assigned programs. Additionally, you will contribute to and/or build "playbooks" for events, documenting processes and flagging areas of optimization to ensure every successful program is repeatable.

- Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate cross-functionally and keep stakeholders inside and outside of Field Marketing informed.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing or event management, where you held primary ownership of project execution.
Bilingual:
- Fluent in Spanish is a MUST
Travel:
- Ability to travel within the US and to Mexico (2-3 times per year to Mexico City) as needed
