An Enterprise client is looking to partner with an experienced Marketing Director to lead the global marketing strategy and execution for a new and rapidly scaling product and travel experience platform. The program connects travelers to curated experiences across leading global cities and will expand from five pilot markets to 10+ destinations in FY26. Job Description This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with deep experience in consumer marketing, travel and lifestyle branding, and international go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for defining the global positioning, creative direction, and regional activation strategy to elevate client’s brand presence in the travel ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Build and lead a holistic global marketing strategy encompassing brand, digital, and experiential marketing.
- Creative Integration: Partner with client’s internal Creative and Brand teams to establish messaging, look & feel, and visual identity guidelines.
- Go-to-Market Toolkits: Develop scalable creative toolkits and campaign frameworks for use across regional and local markets.
- Market Expansion: Drive marketing readiness and launch strategies as the program scales from 5 to 10+ cities globally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Partnerships, and Regional Marketing to align on shared KPIs and ensure cohesive delivery across all markets.
- Ecommerce Marketing Strategy: Design and launch a new ecommerce marketing approach for client’s cross-border business unit to drive consumer engagement and partner integration.
- Emerging Verticals: Identify and prioritize emerging travel and lifestyle verticals to evolve client’s value proposition and marketing footprint.
- Performance Optimization: Define KPIs, establish performance tracking mechanisms, and optimize marketing investments for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8–12 years in marketing, with a focus on consumer, travel, or lifestyle industries.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of travel ecosystem dynamics, particularly airlines, OTAs, and hospitality brands.
- Global Marketing: Proven experience managing global campaigns and regional market activation across diverse geographies.
- Creative Strategy: Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling creative direction and campaign execution.
- Ecommerce & Digital: Demonstrated success in building or scaling ecommerce marketing initiatives.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to marketing measurement and optimization.
- Leadership: Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment in complex, matrixed organizations.
