We’re looking for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager (West Coast) who combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and outstanding client service. This is an opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated projects, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to innovative solutions in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead eDiscovery projects across the full EDRM lifecycle, from collection and processing through review, analytics, and production.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, developing defensible strategies aligned with their legal and business objectives.
- Manage multiple matters, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Leverage Relativity/RelativityOne and other eDiscovery technologies to optimize workflows and solve complex challenges.
- Partner with attorneys, in-house counsel, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent, client-facing projects.
- Proficiency with Relativity/RelativityOne and other eDiscovery platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accountability.
