About Brainverse
Brainverse builds custom AI agent solutions for businesses, from small companies to enterprises near $1 billion in revenue. Some run on IP we own. Others are built from scratch for one client, such as an agent team that runs part of their operations inside their own environment.
We run our own company the same way: more than 100 agents work across our sales, marketing, delivery and engineering every day. Our signed work is growing faster than our team, and this role owns client delivery.
The role
You run client projects from signed scope to go-live, and you are the client's main point of contact for the life of the project.
Projects arrive with a signed scope, an architecture and an initial design. Your job is the thousand details between that design and a working system in the client's environment: you find the open questions, get the answers, turn them into requirements the developer can build from, and keep every date honest.
This is a technical role without production code. You will be in technical conversations every day: with a client's IT team about their cloud, identity and security review; with our developer about what is ready; and with the AI agents we use to plan, track and draft.
What you'll do
Fill in the details:
- Take the signed scope and design and work out everything the build still needs to know: data sources, user roles, integrations, edge cases, environment and security constraints.
- Ask the client the questions that close each gap, before the build reaches it.
- Turn the answers into requirements and acceptance criteria clear enough to build and test from.
Run the project
- Turn the scope into a plan with milestones, owners, dependencies and dates.
- Run the weekly client sync, send a written update after each one, and keep a running log of decisions and open questions.
- Chase answers on both sides. When a date is going to slip, you know first and bring a plan.
- Manage scope. A new request mid-project gets documented, sized with the developer, and approved as a change before anyone builds it.
Get it running in the client's environment
- Work with the client's IT team on everything a deployment needs: cloud access, identity and single sign-on, network and firewall rules, hosting, data access and security review.
- Own the IT prerequisites list for each project and drive it to done. Clients run on Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, on-premises servers and a wide mix of business systems.
- Coordinate cutover and go-live so the client's people know what changes and when.
Keep the work visible and true
- Keep the task board current every day: every task has an owner and a date, and overdue work gets a new date or gets raised.
- Test what comes back against the requirements before the client sees it.
- Acknowledge client support requests during the project the same business day, route technical issues to the right person, and confirm when they're closed.
Make delivery repeatable
- Write and improve our delivery playbooks: kickoff, IT prerequisites, weekly sync, go-live and handoff.
- Build the systems and agent workflows that make the next project faster than the last.
Not part of this role
- Winning new clients or growing existing accounts. That stays with leadership.
- Writing production code or designing the architecture.
What we're looking for
Must have
- 5 or more years delivering business software into customer environments, as an implementation manager, technical project manager, solutions or deployment engineer, or technical account manager.
- You have run several client projects at once, start to finish, with real dates and real accountability.
- You know how software gets deployed and secured inside a company: cloud and on-premises hosting, identity and single sign-on, permissions, networking basics, and what an IT security review asks for.
- You turn a messy client conversation into a clear written list of what is decided, what is open, and who owes what by when.
- Excellent communication in fluent English: written, on video calls, and in person when a client needs it. You are as clear with a client's IT lead as with their executive sponsor.
- You use AI tools daily to plan, draft, summarize and analyze real work, and can show us how.
- You notice what is about to slip before anyone else does, and you act on it without being asked.
- You want a fast, demanding startup pace. Hours aren't fixed. Communication seven days a week is expected; working seven days a week is not.
- Work samples (plans, requirements, status reports or playbooks, with confidential details removed).
Nice to have
- Experience growing client accounts through relationships across an organization.
- PMP, Scrum or a similar certification.
- Hands-on administration of Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft 365.
- Experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
- Background in construction, mechanical or electrical contracting, or construction software.
- Experience at an early-stage company or a consulting firm.
What success looks like
- 30 days: You've joined every live client project and know each client by name, status and next milestone.
- 60 days: You lead at least one client project, and the task board reflects reality every day without anyone asking.
- 90 days: You run several projects with leadership out of the day-to-day, the first delivery playbooks exist, and clients call you first.
How we hire
- Intro call. 30 minutes on your background and what you want next.
- Client simulation. You get a project briefing a day ahead. Then, in a one-hour call, our team plays the client's leadership and IT team, and you run the conversation.
- Conversation with our CEO.
- Reference checks.
You don't send references when you apply. We'll ask for them before the reference checks.
