Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound phone calls, video meetings, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and industry research
- Identify and engage legal, litigation support, eDiscovery, information governance, compliance, and IT decision-makers at law firms and corporate legal departments
- Introduce legal technology solutions, including RelativityOne (RelOne), managed services, Generative AI, project management, forensic collections, document review, and consulting offerings
- Qualify prospective clients by understanding current workflows, technology environment, pain points, and upcoming litigation or investigation needs
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales executives and business development leadership
- Maintain accurate prospect, opportunity, and activity records within Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
- Partner closely with account executives to develop account strategies and transition qualified opportunities
- Conduct research on target accounts using internal CRM, LinkedIn, legal publications, industry events, and publicly available resources
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals
- Remain current on developments within the eDiscovery, legal technology, AI, and RelativityOne ecosystems
- Represent the organization professionally during virtual meetings, conferences, and occasional industry events
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Some years of inside sales, business development, lead generation, or account development experience
- Experience selling legal technology, eDiscovery services, managed review, litigation support, or SaaS solutions preferred
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Demonstrated success generating qualified meetings and building sales pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Familiarity with RelativityOne (RelOne) and the broader Relativity platform
- Understanding of litigation support, managed review, digital forensics, and legal data management
- Experience selling into Am Law firms, corporate legal departments, or legal service providers
- Ability to communicate complex legal technology solutions in a consultative manner
- Experience engaging legal professionals, litigation support managers, eDiscovery directors, and IT stakeholders
- Knowledge of AI-enabled legal technology solutions is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and team events
