We are seeking a data-driven, creative Meta Ads Manager to own the daily optimization and scaling of our TrueTox paid social campaigns. This role is mission-critical to our growth—you will be responsible for maintaining efficient cost-per-lead, testing new creative and audience strategies, and scaling campaigns that drive qualified membership leads.

This is a performance-based role where your ability to analyze data, iterate quickly, and maintain campaign health directly impacts our customer acquisition cost and overall profitability.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize all TrueTox Meta ad campaigns daily (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Review performance metrics each shift: impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS
  • Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting to maintain or improve cost-per-lead targets
  • Pause underperforming ads and scale winning campaigns strategically
  • Ensure campaigns run smoothly with no technical issues, disapprovals, or delivery problems
  • Maintain campaign structure best practices and account health

Creative Testing & Iteration

  • Develop and execute A/B testing roadmap for ad creative (images, video, carousels)
  • Test ad copy variations: headlines, primary text, calls-to-action
  • Collaborate with design resources or use templates to refresh creative weekly
  • Analyze creative performance and identify winning patterns
  • Maintain creative fatigue monitoring and refresh ads before performance declines
  • Build creative testing hypotheses based on audience insights and past performance

Audience Strategy & Targeting

  • Test and refine audience segments: demographics, interests, behaviors, lookalikes
  • Build and optimize custom audiences and lookalike audiences
  • Analyze audience performance and expand winning segments
  • Implement retargeting campaigns for engaged users and unconverted leads
  • Stay current on Meta's targeting capabilities and platform updates

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs against targets
  • Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis on what worked and what didn't
  • Present data clearly with actionable next steps for leadership

Scaling & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to profitably scale campaign spend
  • Gradually increase budgets on winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
  • Expand into new placements, formats, and audience segments
  • Test new Meta features and ad formats as they become available
  • Recommend budget allocation across campaigns for maximum ROI

Platform Expertise & Best Practices

  • Stay updated on Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with Meta's advertising policies for healthcare/wellness
  • Implement conversion tracking, pixel optimization, and attribution models
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and pixels
  • Recommend tool integrations and automation opportunities

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Proven track record managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets with positive ROI
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager
  • Strong understanding of Meta's ad auction, delivery optimization, and attribution
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns (preferred) or e-commerce/DTC
  • Demonstrated ability to lower cost-per-acquisition while maintaining lead quality

Technical Proficiency

  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager platform and features
  • Proficiency with Meta Pixel implementation and conversion tracking
  • Experience with UTM parameters, conversion API, and attribution models
  • Comfortable with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Analytics)
  • Ability to create performance dashboards and reports (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar)
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Canva/Adobe Creative tools (preferred)

Analytical & Strategic Thinking

  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive insights from metrics
  • Statistical understanding of A/B testing and significance
  • Ability to balance creative intuition with data-driven decision making
  • Strategic thinker who can plan testing roadmaps and scaling strategies
  • Problem-solver who can diagnose performance issues and implement solutions

Communication & Language

  • CEFR C1 English proficiency or equivalent required (near-native fluency)
  • Excellent written communication for reports, insights, and recommendations
  • Ability to explain complex performance data in simple, actionable terms
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad text and creative briefs

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
  • Quiet, professional home office environment
  • Computer with webcam for video check-ins
  • Access to Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager (training on account access provided)

  • Background managing ads for HIPAA-compliant or regulated industries

You will be evaluated on the following metrics:

  • Cost Per Lead (CPL): Maintain or decrease CPL month-over-month
  • Lead Volume: Deliver consistent or growing volume of qualified leads
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR): Maintain CTR above industry benchmarks (target: 2%+)
  • Conversion Rate: Optimize landing page conversion from ad clicks to leads
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Track membership LTV:CAC ratio trends
  • Testing Cadence: Launch minimum 3-5 creative/audience tests weekly
  • Reporting Quality: Deliver comprehensive weekly reports on time with actionable insights

Work Shift:

  • Shift: 4 hours/day, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
  • Preferred Hours: Flexible, but must monitor campaigns during active hours (US daytime preferred for real-time optimization)
  • Start Date: Immediate (within 2 weeks of offer acceptance)
